(热静力)进口双金属片式疏水阀 主要性能 Main performance

1∶顶针套内的顶针自由浮动，因此顶针能精确关闭在阀座的中心  The ejector pin in the ejector sleeve floats freely, so the ejector pin can be accurately closed in the center of the valve seat

2∶控制室内的弹簧和弹簧片吸收并减缓顶针进入阀座的动作（由蒸汽和蒸汽温度引起的） The spring and spring plate in the control room absorb and slow down the action of the ejector pin entering the valve seat (caused by steam and steam temperature) 

3∶顶针/阀座和顶针提升设计（处于关闭好而打开位置是的间距）能使顶针靠冷凝水的流动而关闭 The ejector pin / valve seat and ejector pin lifting design (the distance between the closed position and the open position) can make the ejector pin close by the flow of condensed water

4∶当设定的蒸汽疏水阀的温度接近饱和温度时，排放将是连续的，随着温度变低，排放变成间断性的，入口压力有助于排放循环间保持过度密封RETZ  When the set temperature of the steam trap is close to the saturation temperature, the discharge will be continuous. As the temperature becomes lower, the discharge will become intermittent. The inlet pressure helps to maintain the over sealing between the discharge cycles

在使用压力范围内不调整就可使用，低于饱和温度15℃左右自动排放高温凝结水 It can be used without adjustment within the operating pressure range, and automatically discharges high-temperature condensate when it is about 15 ℃ lower than the saturation temperature

负压状态阀关闭，起到止回阀作用 RETZ The negative pressure state valve is closed to function as a check valve

防冻、抗水击，排空气性能优良 Antifreeze, water hammer resistance, excellent air exhaust performance

内部零部件全部采用特殊热处理工艺，抗腐蚀汽蚀 All internal parts adopt special heat treatment process to resist corrosion and cavitation

通汽初始，阀门全部开启，低温凝结水和空气迅速排出，缩短了设备启动时间 At the beginning of steam supply, all valves are opened, and low-temperature condensate and air are quickly discharged, which shortens the start-up time of the equipment
