膨胀式密封系统 Expansion sealing system

阀座的设计使得阀体和阀座有一个连续、可变形空腔。当阀板关闭后,阀座在外部气源的压力下,慢慢膨胀并抱紧阀板以达到密封的效果。需要开启式,空腔内的压力会快速排空让阀座收缩以释放阀板,然后再行打开阀板。因而,在启闭过程中,阀座和阀板的接触时间和接触面积都非常之少。阀门的操作扭矩比传统蝶阀降低85%,阀板和阀座之间的磨损率减少了约98%,同时,阀门的密封可靠性得到了大幅提高 The design of valve seat makes the valve body and valve seat have a continuous and deformable cavity.
