(NXQ)进口蓄能器 性能参数 Performance description

(NXQ)进口蓄能器内腔由皮囊分为两个部分∶囊内装氮气.囊外充液压油。当液压泵将液压油压入畜能器时.皮囊就受压变形.气体体积随压力增加而减少.液压油被逐渐储存。若液压系统工作需要液压油  则畜能器将液压油排出  使系统的能量得到补偿 RETZ (NXQ) The inner chamber of the imported accumulator is divided into two parts by a leather bag: nitrogen inside the bag and hydraulic oil outside the bag. When the hydraulic pump pushes the hydraulic oil into the accumulator, the leather bag will be deformed under pressure. The gas volume will decrease with the increase of pressure. The hydraulic oil will be stored gradually. If the hydraulic system needs hydraulic oil for operation, the accumulator will discharge the hydraulic oil to compensate the energy of the system.

安装位置 Installation position

囊式蓄能器可以垂直、水平、和倾斜安装。选择倾斜和垂直的安装位置. 把油阀安置在下面。请优先用下列的蓄能器安装位置∶The bladder type accumulator can be installed vertically, horizontally and obliquely. Select an inclined and vertical installation position Place the oil valve below. Please give priority to the following accumulator installation positions

1、固定方式 Fixing method

蓄能器容量在1升以下可以直接安装在管路上∶在震动强烈和1升以上容量情况下建议使用本企业制造的卡箍或整套蓄能器固定组件 The accumulator with a capacity of less than 1 liter can be directly installed on the pipeline: in case of strong vibration and a capacity of more than 1 liter, it is recommended to use the clamp or a complete set of accumulator fixing components manufactured by our company

2、氮气的安装 Installation of nitrogen

要使蓄能器工作，必须把氮气充入到胶囊里去。氮气的充装用充气（氮）工具进行，建议使用本企业制造的CQJ型充气工具如氮气的压力不能满足（高压）蓄能器的要求，建议使用本企业制造的氮气增压装置-CDZ型充氮车 To make the accumulator work, nitrogen must be charged into the capsule. Nitrogen is charged with a gas charging (nitrogen) tool. It is recommended to use CQJ gas charging tools manufactured by our company. For example, the pressure of nitrogen can not meet the requirements of (high pressure) accumulator. It is recommended to use the nitrogen booster device - CDZ nitrogen charging car manufactured by our company

3、注意事项∶matters needing attention

蓄能器壳体上不得进行焊接和任何机械加工∶蓄能器胶囊内只许充入氮气、不得使用氧气及其它可燃性和腐蚀性气体∶蓄能器应安装在由溢流阀或其他安全阀的液压系统中。The shell of the accumulator shall not be welded or machined: only nitrogen is allowed to be filled into the accumulator capsule, and oxygen and other flammable and corrosive gases shall not be used; the accumulator shall be installed in the hydraulic system with an overflow valve or other safety valves.
