功能说明 Function description

DBD型溢流阀是直动式溢流阀。它们用于限制系统压力。该阀组成包括阀套（1）、弹簧（2）、带缓冲的锥阀芯（3）（压力等级2.5至40MPa或球阀芯（4）压力等级63MPa和压力调节元件（5），借助于该调节元件可无级设定系统压力。弹簧（2）将锥阀芯（3）压在其阀座上。管路P和系统连接。系统压力作用在提升阀锥（或球）阀芯面积上retz品牌 DBD relief valve is a direct operated relief valve. They are used to limit system pressure. The valve consists of a valve sleeve (1), a spring (2), a cone valve element (3) with buffer (pressure class 2.5 to 40MPa or a ball valve element (4) with pressure class 63MPa and a pressure regulating element (5), with which the system pressure can be set steplessly. The spring (2) presses the poppet (3) against its seat. Pipe P is connected to the system. The system pressure acts on the poppet (or ball) valve core area.

如果管路P的压力超过弹簧（2）的设定值、则提升维阀芯（3）或球阀芯（4）克服弹簧力（2）而开启。压力油从P管路流向T管路。提升阀阀芯（3）的行程受销轴（6）限制 If the pressure of line P exceeds the set value of spring (2), the lift valve element (3) or ball valve element (4) opens against the spring force (2). The pressure oil flows from the P line to the T line. The travel of the poppet spool (3) is limited by the pin (6).

为在整个压力范围内获得准确的设定值压力范围划分为7种压力等级 每种压力等级对应有一个可设定相应最高压力的弹簧 In order to obtain accurate setting value in the whole pressure range, the pressure range is divided into 7 pressure levels, and each pressure level corresponds to a spring that can set the corresponding maximum pressure

选型注意：DBD型直动式溢流阀的内泄漏较小。但起始压力较高、通流量小。比较适宜用作要求泄漏小的安全阀使用。如果要求有较低的调节压力  且对内泄漏要求不高.则可选用先导式溢流阀 Note for model selection: the internal leakage of DBD type direct acting relief valve is small. However, the initial pressure is high and the flow rate is small. It is suitable for use as a safety valve with small leakage. If lower regulating pressure is required and internal leakage is not required, pilot operated relief valve can be selected.
