电磁流量计测量原理是基于法拉第电磁感应定律。流量计的测量管是一内衬绝缘材料的非导磁合金短管,两只电极沿管径方向穿通管壁固定在测量管上。其电极头与衬里内表面基本齐平。励磁线圈由双向方波脉冲励磁时,将在与测量管轴线垂直的方向上产生一磁通量密度为B的工作磁场。此时,如果具有一定电导率的流体流经测量管,将切割磁力线感应出电动势E。电动势E正比于磁通量密度B、测量管内径d与平均流速V的乘积,电动势E(流量信号)由电极检出并通过电缆送至转换器。转换器将流量信号放大处理后,可显示流体流量,并能输出脉冲,摸拟电流等信号,用于流量的控制和调节。

The measurement principle of electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The measuring tube of the flowmeter is a short non magnetic alloy tube lined with insulating material, and two electrodes are fixed on the measuring tube through the tube wall along the pipe diameter direction. The electrode head is basically flush with the inner surface of the lining. When the excitation coil is excited by a bidirectional square wave pulse, a working magnetic field with a magnetic flux density of B will be generated in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube. At this time, if a fluid with a certain conductivity flows through the measuring tube, the cutting magnetic line of force will induce the electromotive force E. The electromotive force E is proportional to the product of the magnetic flux density B, the inner diameter of the measuring tube d, and the average flow velocity V. The electromotive force E (flow signal) is detected by the electrode and sent to the converter through a cable. After amplifying and processing the flow signal, the converter can display the fluid flow, and can output pulses, simulate current, and other signals for flow control and adjustment.

哈氏合金B(HB)

哈氏合金C(HC)

能耐氧化性酸,如硝酸、混酸、或铬酸与硫酸的混合介质的腐蚀;也耐氧化性的盐类如
Fe+++Cu++或含有其它氧化剂的腐蚀,如高于常温的次氯酸盐溶液、海水的腐蚀。

(Ti)

能耐海水、各种氯化物和次氯酸盐、氧化性酸(包括发烟硝酸)、有机酸、碱等腐蚀;不耐较
纯的还原性酸(如硫酸、盐酸)的腐蚀,但如酸中含有氧化剂(如硝酸、Fe+++Cu++)时,
则耐腐蚀性大为降低。

(Ta)

具有优良的耐腐蚀性,和玻璃很相似。除了氢氟酸、发烟硫酸、发烟硝酸、碱外,几乎能耐一
切化学介质(包括沸点的盐酸、硝酸、和硫酸)的腐蚀。在碱中不耐腐蚀。

铂铱合金

几乎适用于所有化学物质,但不适用于王水和铵盐。

碳化钨

耐磨性好,可用于高磨损性质介质的测量,如纸浆、矿浆等。
