工作原理 working principle

原理结构：分步活塞式、一步活塞式

反冲式电磁阀（即零压差电磁阀）是直动式和先导式为一体的电磁阀。它既可在介质无压力的工况下靠线圈的吸力打开主阀塞，又可以在介质压力较高的工况下，使主阀塞产生压差而开启电磁阀。当线圈（1）通电，动铁芯（2）吸合，打开主阀塞上的泄压孔，同时带动主阀塞开启，介质流通，故介质无压力主阀塞靠线圈的吸力开启，介质有压力的情况下，主阀塞靠压差开启。反之亦然。The recoil type solenoid valve (i.e. zero pressure differential solenoid valve) is a direct acting and pilot operated solenoid valve that integrates. It can open the main valve plug by the suction of the coil under the condition of no pressure in the medium, and can also generate a pressure difference in the main valve plug and open the solenoid valve under the condition of high medium pressure. When the coil (1) is energized, the moving iron core (2) is pulled in, opening the pressure relief hole on the main valve plug. At the same time, it drives the main valve plug to open, allowing the medium to flow. Therefore, the medium has no pressure, and the main valve plug is opened by the suction of the coil. When the medium has pressure, the main valve plug is opened by the pressure difference. vice versa.

适用范围：此种电磁阀均可制造成常开式，但是反冲式电磁阀不适合在较高压力工况下使用。
