(空气)进口蒸汽汽水分离器用于分离蒸汽、压缩空气和气体系统中内含的液滴，阀内有螺旋型挡板，分离效率高。配上绝热套可提高分离器的工作性能。此分离器安装在水平管道上且排水口向下，为了保证分离的液体尽快排走，排液口要连接合适的排液阀或蒸汽疏水阀  RETZ steam water separator is used to separate the liquid droplets contained in the steam, compressed air and gas systems. There is a spiral baffle in the valve, which has high separation efficiency. The working performance of the separator can be improved by matching the insulation sleeve. The separator is installed on the horizontal pipe with the drain downward. In order to ensure that the separated liquid is discharged as soon as possible, the drain should be connected with a suitable drain valve or steam trap

提高了蒸汽的干燥度送往蒸汽设备，提高设备的热效率 Improve the dryness of steam and send it to the steam equipment to improve the thermal efficiency of the equipment

防止水击，而分离出来的凝结水通过下面的疏水器排出 Prevent water hammer, and the separated condensed water is discharged through the lower steam trap

安装示意图 Installation diagram

1.安装前必须用压力气体吹扫管线、清除污垢、杂物  Before installation, the pipeline must be purged with pressure gas to remove dirt and sundries

2.本分离器应安装在蒸汽管线路较低的位置，分离器前后建议安装截止阀 The separator should be installed at the lower position of the steam pipe line. It is recommended to install stop valves in front of and behind the separator

3.汽水分离器下部应安装疏水阀，疏水阀要根据排量和工况选择  A drain valve shall be installed at the lower part of the steam water separator. The drain valve shall be selected according to the displacement and working conditions

蒸汽应用∶安装浮球疏水阀和倒吊桶疏水阀 Steam application: installation of float trap and inverted bucket trap

排空气阀压缩空气/气体应用∶浮球排液阀和倒吊桶排液阀 Air exhaust valve (compressed air / gas application): floating ball drain valve and inverted bucket drain valve
