进口重载型拨叉式气动执行器 性能特点 PERFORMANCE FEATURES

1.CTR系列执行器在单作用可以提供120000N.m,双作用可以提供240000N.m的扭矩输出。最大工作压力8Bar。CTR spring return actuator can provide 120000n.m torque output,DNG double acting actuator can provide 240000 n.m torque output .The maximum working pressure is 8 bar.

2.两个独立的行程调节螺栓,可以在±6℃的范围调节阀门开关位置。Two independent travel adjustment bolts,can be in the range of ±6℃ to regulate valve switch position.

3.工作温度∶低温型-40℃~80℃ 标准型-20℃C~80℃高温型-20℃~150℃  Working temperature: Standard(-20℃~80°C)Low temperature(Down to-40℃℃)High temperature(Up to150°C)

4.符合IP65以上的防护等级 Comply with IP65 protection class.

01.整件抛丸、三底三面喷漆处理,大幅提升表漆面牢固度和整体防腐蚀性能 Whole shot blast, three bottom three sides with paint treatment, which dramatically improves firmness of the painted surface and overall corrosion resistant performance.

02.独创新型双杆导向结构,力矩分配更加合理 Unique new dual rod guide structure, torque distribution is more reasonable.

03.轨道采用高频淬火研磨处理,可拆卸设计,维护成本低 Orbit is treated by high frequency quenching and grinding, with knock-down design, low maintenance COst.

04.NAMUR标准尺寸,适用指示开关、定位器等配件安装 The top-works dimensions, both for shaft height and mounting pattern are according to NAMUR standards allowing for easy and standard limit switch、positioner attachment.

07.双行程调节螺栓,可调节范围在 ±6°以内 The  pneumatic actuators are all provided with bi directional travel stops to allow for open and closed position location adjustments of+/-6 degrees.

08.高强度铜合金+石墨自润滑功能滑块,方形防卡死设计卡簧固定方式,保障零部件整体性、安全性和使用寿命High strength copper alloy, sliding block with graphite self lubricating function, square anti jamming design. Spring fixed way, to protect the integrity, safety and service life of components.

09.特殊加大的阀轴孔径设计,可直接安装较大规格的直径轴,无需另配联轴器和支架  Special increased valve shaft bore diameter design, can install thicker diameter shaft directly without coupler and bracket.

1.重载型拨叉式气动执行器通用于一般以90度旋转的阀门。例如∶球阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀等开关或调节流量的功能  Series heavy duty pneumatic Actuators are designed to perform in the most demanding applications. They are engin-eered to automate all types of quarter turn valves(ball, butte-rfly,plug and damper) with multiple torque profiles available for every situation.

2.CTRA系列执行器是对称设计。在0度与90度时输出扭矩最大。中间位置输出扭矩最小。正对应于球阀类产生的扭矩特性  CTRA series is equipped with a SYMMETRIC design yoke that produces maximum torques at both ends of the stroke (0°and 90°) and minimal in the middle,therefore this series is the optimal solution for metal seated ball valves,plug valves and for modulating service.

3.模块化设计和结构可在安装、维修和储存方面提供便利 Modular design and construction resulting in flexbility and interchangeability.

4.缸体内壁采用镀硬铬工艺,保证更长的使用寿命 Using technology of plating hard chorming, which can ensure longer service life.

5.CTRB系列执行器是采用倾斜设计,可以输出更大的起始扭矩,更符合蝶阀类的扭矩特性 CTRB series is equipped with a CANTED design yoke that produces a higher maximum torque at the beginning of stroke (i.e.valve unseating/reseating at 0°) and less torque at the end of stroke (90°), therefore this series is optimal solution forhigh performance butterfly valves.

6.轨道高频淬火研磨处理,滑块采用方形自润滑工艺,能保证长久的使用寿命 Pathway high-frequency quenching grinding treatment ,sliding block using self-lubricating technology, which can ensure permanent usability.
