(WZS)进口蒸汽喷射加热器 慨述 Express with regret

管线型蒸汽喷射加热器是“管线型混合式加热设备”。主要是全面解决了蒸汽直接加热水的“水锤、振动、噪声”等问题,有时也称之为进口蒸汽喷射加热器2.jpg“蒸汽喷射器、汽水混合器”The pipeline type steam jet heater is a "pipeline type hybrid heating equipment". 使用蒸汽,直接加热管道内流动的水,水从蒸汽喷射加热器流出来,即达到了需要的温度 The steam is used to directly heat the water flowing in the pipe. The water flows out of the steam jet heater and reaches the required temperature


分类:分为可拆型、不可拆型 Classification: detachable and non detachable

1、连续使用蒸汽加热、不间断运行的,采用不可拆型。主要是用于大中型企业的生产工艺用水加热 The non detachable type shall be used for continuous steam heating and uninterrupted operation. It is mainly used for heating production process water of large and medium-sized enterprises

2、只有间歇运行、而且容易结垢的,采用可拆型 Only intermittent operation and easy scaling shall be adopted

原理 Principle

蒸汽经高速喷射,带动液体向前流动并与之混合,实现加热目的。加热器引起的循环则确保了充分的混合。根据需要本设备可引入“空气”或 “惰性气体”使加热迅速,噪声小 The steam is ejected at a high speed to drive the liquid to flow forward and mix with it to achieve the purpose of heating. The circulation caused by the heater ensures adequate mixing. As required, the equipment can introduce "air" or "inert gas" to make heating fast and low noise

使用条件和要求 Service conditions and requirements

1、  进水压力为0.05----0.6MPa(G) The inlet water pressure is 0.05 --- 0.6 MPa (G).

2、  饱和蒸汽压力,大于进水压力0.1MPa,在0.15----0.7MPa(G)之间 Saturated steam pressure, 0.1MPa higher than water inlet pressure, between 0.15 and -0.7MPa (G)

3、 只能加热:没有腐蚀的、不是粘性流体的、不含有悬浮物、沉淀物的“生产工艺用水、电厂生水、采暖用水、生活用水”Only heating: "production process water, power plant raw water, heating water and domestic water" without corrosion, viscous fluid, suspended solids and sediment

说明:不满足上面使用要求的液体的加热,可以特别制造 Note: The heating of liquid that does not meet the above requirements can be specially manufactured


特点 Characteristic

1、无水锤——因为出现“水锤”,必振动,甚至巨大的振动,极其不安全 No water hammer - because of the "water hammer", there will be vibration, even huge vibration, which is extremely unsafe

2、无振动——如果振动,严重危害企业的安全生产、正常生产 No vibration - if the vibration seriously endangers the safety and normal production of the enterprise

3、噪声小无——噪声,损害现场工人的身心健康 Low noise: no noise, which damages the physical and mental health of workers on site

4、无温度分层——即加热混合均匀,不冒蒸汽 No temperature stratification - that is, heating and mixing are uniform without steam

应用 Application

主要用于:加热管道内流动的生产工艺用水、电厂生水、采暖用水、生活用水 Mainly used for: production process water flowing in the heating pipe, raw water of power plant, heating water and domestic water

即可用于:一次性加热,也可用于:循环反复加热。有时,也可用于:气液混合,液液混合 t can be used either for one-time heating or for cyclic repeated heating. Sometimes, it can also be used for: gas-liquid mixing, liquid-liquid mixing

系统中液体一边循环,一边喷入蒸汽,慢慢加热至指定的温度。

例如:工业企业的生产工艺用水的循环加热。包括:恒温、保温。

应用在一次性的单程加热系统中(如图一、图二)Application in one-time one-way heating system

主要是提供生活、生产用热水和高温水,(如澡堂、浴室、餐厅、游泳池、宾馆饭店)如图一、二,蒸汽通过加热器直接喷入液体中,从而把液体加热到一定的温度,为了保证加热温度稳定,在蒸汽侧安装蒸汽调节阀等控制仪表。因为能很快加热到额定温度,所以当用户需要时,能按所需的数量,迅速得到热水,极其方便实用

应用在企业的生产工艺用水的循环加热系统(如图三、图四)Circulating heating system for production process water used in enterprises

主要是用于生产工艺系统,保证液体温度稳定,或升温有一定工艺要求的场合,如图三、图四,是循环加热系统的流程,该系统一方面将液体在管道中循环,同时把蒸汽缓慢地喷入,使其加热到给定的温度,再用于反应罐的热交换并继续循环加热 It is mainly used in the production process system to ensure the stability of the liquid temperature, or where there are certain process requirements for temperature rise, as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4. 应用在供暖、空调、供热水系统 Applied in heating, air conditioning and hot water supply systems

热水在管道中循环,以Q表示,通过自控仪表,经常维持在给定的温度。同时,因为能形成一个循环系统统,所以不必设置贮热水箱(但是应考虑溢流水箱)。图中Q1,表示供热水,Q2表示循环水,Q3表示返回水,Q4表示给水。
