气囊式、充气胶胆式水锤吸纳器用于消除管线中因多种原因造成的水锤冲击波,在供水系统中,当水泵发生故障或突然停电时,使水流突然停止,产生瞬时高压水锤波。这种高压波以近声音的速度沿管路系统来回传递,撞击管路并发出刺耳的噪音,严重时甚至会破坏管路。水锤吸纳器就是专门用于吸纳水锤,保护管路系统不被破坏的一种安全保护装置

工作原理Working principle

在正常水流情况下,水流从管路经过多孔管,从管路的另一端流出,当水流压力超过伸缩内胆的弹性强度和气囊对伸缩内胆的压力时,伸缩内胆就会向气囊方向不规则隆起,当水流压力低于或等于气囊压力和对伸内胆的弹性强度时,将不会出现隆起。阀体内的水流压力通过多孔管的传递作用,传导给了伸缩内胆,由于对伸缩内胆的弹性和气囊的压力作用,伸缩内胆能对水波的瞬间压力提供快速而有效的缓冲。从而使管内压力得到调节。注意:较佳气囊充气压力为工作压力的70%,该压力可由喷嘴阀充气或卸气予以调整,安装前应拧各部螺栓,以确保设备发挥正常功能。提示:本产品安装在具有缓闭或消声的逆止阀之后使用发挥理想的功效。

Under normal water flow conditions, water flows from the pipeline through a porous tube and flows out from the other end of the pipeline. When the water flow pressure exceeds the elastic strength of the expansion tank and the pressure of the airbag on the expansion tank, the expansion tank will irregularly bulge in the direction of the airbag. When the water flow pressure is lower than or equal to the pressure of the airbag and the elastic strength of the expansion tank, there will be no bulge. The water flow pressure inside the valve body is transmitted to the telescopic inner liner through the porous tube. Due to the elasticity of the telescopic inner liner and the pressure of the airbag, the telescopic inner liner can provide fast and effective cushioning against the instantaneous pressure of water waves. This adjusts the pressure inside the pipe. Attention: The optimal airbag inflation pressure is 70% of the working pressure, which can be adjusted by the nozzle valve inflation or unloading. Before installation, all bolts should be tightened to ensure that the equipment functions properly. Reminder: This product is installed after a check valve with slow closing or noise reduction to achieve ideal performance.
