P1高压齿轮泵高效率液压泵专为超高压液压系统而设计，前、后盖采用高级铝合金压铸而成，密度高，外形坚固。经济铝挤型的主体硬度高、耐磨耗，8字形轴承套更采用A356T6重力铸造，内装特制耐高温及耐磨之自润轴承，更能有效承受瞬间达250kgf/cm2之高压，Viton材质之密封及整体精研而成的合金钢铜齿轮组能适应高温之使用条件，有效延长使用寿命，适用于高扭力之使用条件retz品牌  P1 high pressure gear pump high efficiency hydraulic pump is specially designed for ultra-high pressure hydraulic system. 1.压力定义∶额定压力所指溢流阀设定压力，泵正常持续运转的压力值。最高压力指泵瞬间峰值压力  Pressure definition: the rated pressure refers to the set pressure of the overflow valve and the pressure value of the normal and continuous operation of the pump. The maximum pressure refers to the instantaneous peak pressure of the pump

2.安装∶当采用柔性联轴器时，调整相配两轴，使其偏心误差低于0.05mm，角度误差在±1°之内。当不采用柔性联轴器，安装时，请尽量减少径向负荷 Installation: when flexible coupling is used, adjust the two shafts to make their eccentric error less than 0.05mm and the angle error within ± 1 °. 3.吸入压力∶吸油管要尽量短直、大、厚 Suction pressure: the suction pipe shall be as short, straight, large and thick as possible
