先导控制阀是直动式比例阀。控制边形状根据用于4WRKE型比例方向阀的先导控制阀而设计优化的。带可拆卸线圈比例电磁铁是密封的,油浸的直流电磁铁。它们把电流成比例的转化为机械力。电流强度越大,则相应的电磁力也越大。在整个调节过程中,调定电磁力保持不变retz品牌  The pilot control valve is a direct acting proportional valve. The shape of the control edge is designed and optimized according to the pilot control valve used for 4wrke proportional directional valve. The proportional electromagnet with detachable coil is a sealed, oil immersed DC electromagnet. They convert electric current into mechanical force in proportion. The greater the current intensity, the greater the corresponding electromagnetic force. During the whole adjustment process, the set electromagnetic force remains unchanged.

先导控制阀主要由下列部份分组成∶阀体(1),比例电磁铁(2和3),阀芯(4)和弹簧(5和6)The pilot control valve is mainly composed of the following parts: valve body (1), proportional electromagnets (2 and 3), valve core (4) and springs (5 and 6)

阀的基本组成先导控制阀(1),阀体(8),主阀芯(7),端盖(5)和(6),对中弹簧(4),感应位移传感器(9)和减压阀(3)Basic composition of the valve: pilot control valve (1), valve body (8), main valve core (7), end caps (5) and (6), centering spring (4), inductive displacement sensor (9) and pressure reducing valve (3)

The control deviation after the comparison between the given value and the actual value is obtained through the electronic amplifier, and a current is generated to input the proportional electromagnet of the pilot valve (1). The current induces electromagnetic force in the electromagnet, which is transmitted to the electromagnet push rod and pushes the control valve core (2). The liquid flow through the control port moves the main valve element (7). The main valve element (7) with the magnetic core inductive displacement sensor (9) moves continuously until the actual value is equal to the given value. Under the control condition, the main valve element (7) is in force balance and remains in the control position.

电子放大器内置于阀内。通过阀和电子放大器匹配,系列产品价格变得廉价。必须避免回油管路中的油全部排空,必要时在回油路中安装背压阀(背压约0.2MPa)The electronic amplifier is built in the valve.
