(流量控制阀)进口静态平衡阀可代替截止阀关断功能，产品携带有测量接头，方便与测量设备的快速连接，节省调试时间，具有最大行程锁定功能，当系统调试后可将锁定装置开启，方便日后可关闭静态阀进行管路维护与检修，结束后可以直接将阀门恢复到设定好的最大行程处，避免二次调试RETZ The static balance valve can replace the shut-off function of the stop valve. 静态平衡阀在开度≥50%时，误差不得大于±5%；10%≤开度≤50%时，误差不得大于±10%。故在产品选型时，建议设计流量下阀门开度大于50%为宜，同时为保证现场调试余量，阀门尽量设置在75%开度左右 RETZWhen the opening of static balance valve is ≥ 50%, the error shall not be greater than ± 5%; When 10% ≤ opening ≤ 50%, the error shall not be greater than ± 10%. Therefore, during product selection, it is suggested that the valve opening should be greater than 50% under the design flow. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the on-site commissioning margin, the valve should be set at about 75% opening as far as possible.

安装说明 Installation instructions

静态平衡阀安装前应确保系统内无杂物，请注意介质的流向与阀体上的流向标记一致，一般安装于系统的回水管，当与动态压差平衡阀配套使用时，安装于供水管。通常与弯头或水泵连接时，需要保持一定的直管段安装距离；当与弯头连接时，遵循阀前5d，阀后2d原则；当与水泵连接时，遵循10d原则。Before installing the static balance valve, ensure that there are no sundries in the system. Please note that the flow direction of the medium is consistent with the flow direction mark on the valve body. It is generally installed in the return pipe of the system. When it is used with the dynamic differential pressure balance valve, it is installed in the water supply pipe. Generally, when connecting with elbow or water pump, a certain installation distance of straight pipe section shall be maintained; When connected with the elbow, follow the principle of 5D in front of the valve and 2D behind the valve; When connected with the water pump, follow the 10d principle.
