(XNJ)进口箱内吸油过滤器通过安装法兰固定在油箱的盖板上,滤芯直接插入油箱,从而简化了系统的管路,节省空间,使系统布置更为紧凑retz (XNJ) The oil suction filter in the inlet box is fixed on the cover plate of the oil tank through the mounting flange, and the filter element is directly inserted into the oil tank, thus simplifying the system pipeline, saving space, and making the system layout more compact

结构特点 Structural characteristics

1.清洗或更换滤芯时，只要拧开安装法兰上的螺钉、拉起安装法兰，即可清洗或更换 When cleaning or replacing the filter element, just unscrew the screws on the mounting flange and pull up the mounting flange to clean or replace it

2.带有滤芯堵塞发讯装置:当滤芯被污染物堵塞到真空压力为-0.018MPa时，发讯器发出开关信号（用户外接电信号），这时应及时更换或清洗滤芯，以免油泵出现吸空等故障 With filter element blockage signaling device: when the filter element is blocked by pollutants to a vacuum pressure of -0.018MPa, the transmitter sends a switch signal (external electrical signal from the user). At this time, the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in time to avoid failures such as air suction of the oil pump

3.带有旁通阀：当滤芯被污染堵塞到真空压力为-0.018MPa时，此时如不能马上停机清洗或更换滤芯，装在滤芯上端的旁通阀会自动 开启（开启压力为-0.02MPa），以保护油泵正常工作 With bypass valve: when the filter element is polluted and blocked to a vacuum pressure of -0.018MPa, if the filter element cannot be immediately stopped for cleaning or replacement, the bypass valve installed on the upper end of the filter element will automatically open (opening pressure is -0.02MPa) to protect the normal operation of the oil pump

4.用户选用XNJ系列过滤器时，务必要安装真空压力发讯器，当滤芯被 污染物堵塞到真空压力为-0.018MPa时，应及时清洗或更换滤芯 When selecting XNJ series filters, users must install a vacuum pressure transmitter. When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum pressure is -0.018MPa, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in time
