性能特点 Performance characteristics

1.带目测发讯器：当滤芯被污染物逐渐堵塞时，目测发讯器观察窗内的红色信号环慢慢上升，当红色信 号环上升到高位时（观察窗内完全红色），指示滤芯已被污染物堵塞到需清洗或更换的程度了。清洗或更换滤芯后，按复位按钮，使 红色信号环下滑 With visual transmitter: when the filter element is gradually blocked by pollutants, the red signal ring in the observation window of the visual transmitter rises slowly. When the red signal ring rises to a high level (the observation window is completely red), it indicates that the filter element has been blocked by pollutants to the extent that it needs to be cleaned or replaced. After cleaning or replacing the filter element, press the reset button to make the red signal ring slide

2.带电发讯器:当滤芯被污染物堵塞到出油口的真空为-0.018MPa时，发讯器内的微动开关动作，发出开关 信号，指示应清洗或更换滤芯，如此时又不能马上停机或无人来更换滤芯，设在过滤器盖内的旁阀会自动开启（开启压力为：真空度- 0.02MPa) Electric transmitter: when the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum at the oil outlet is -0.018MPa, the microswitch in the transmitter acts and sends a switch signal indicating that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced. In this case, the filter element cannot be stopped immediately or no one can replace the filter element. The side valve in the filter cover will open automatically (opening pressure: vacuum degree - 0.02MPa)

3.带旁通阀：当滤芯被污染堵塞到出油口压力（真空度-0.02MPa）时，旁通阀会自动开启，以辟免油泵 出现吸空等故障 With bypass valve: when the filter element is polluted and blocked to the oil outlet pressure (vacuum degree -0.02MPa), the bypass valve will automatically open to prevent the pump from air suction and other failures
