1、安装连接方便，简化系统管路：直接安装在油箱盖板上，过滤器头露在油箱外，回油筒体浸入油箱内，进油口设有管式与法兰式连接，从而简化了系统管路，使系统布置较为紧凑，安装连接更方便 Convenient installation and connection, simplified system pipeline: it is directly installed on the cover plate of the oil tank, the filter head is exposed outside the oil tank, the oil return cylinder is immersed in the oil tank, and the oil inlet is equipped with pipe type and flange type connections, thus simplifying the system pipeline, making the system layout more compact, and the installation and connection more convenient

2、设置滤芯污染发讯器，油路旁通阀，提高液压系统的可靠性：当滤芯被污染物堵塞或系统液温过低，流量脉动等因素造成进油压力为0.35 MPa时，发讯装置便发出讯号指示。应及时更换滤芯或提高油液温度。如此时不能马上停机处理这些故障时，设在滤芯下部的旁通阀自动开启工作（旁通阀开启压力为0.4MP a），以保护过滤器及液压系统正常工作 Set filter element pollution transmitter and oil circuit bypass valve to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system: when the filter element is blocked by pollutants or the system liquid temperature is too low, flow pulsation and other factors cause the oil inlet pressure to be 0.35 MPa, the transmitter will send a signal indication. 3、设计采用直回滤油，使更换滤芯或油箱加油非常方便：只需旋开过滤器滤盖（清洗盖）即可更换滤芯或向油箱加油，并在滤头设有2只M18×1.5油口，可在任何一方安装发讯器或系统中少量油液回流油箱过滤之用 The direct return oil filter is designed to make it very convenient to replace the filter element or add oil to the oil tank: just unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) of the filter to replace the filter element or add oil to the oil tank, and there are two M18s in the filter head × 1.5 Oil port, which can be installed at either side of the transmitter or used for filtering a small amount of oil in the system back to the oil tank
